The Art of Being Happy is more than a program… it’s a way of life.
It’s a way for yogis and yoginis to deepen their practice and integrate yoga more fully into their day-to-day. It’s a “place to land”, between classes, between cleanses, and between private sessions. It’s a membership site, with a yoga video and whole foods, plant-based recipe archive. It’s a newsletter, featuring recipes from our partner chefs. It’s a community-connecting organization, for those interested in how health and happiness are interrelated. And it’s a Life Mentoring program, designed specifically for yogis and yoginis… those who are committed to their practice (or want to be more so) and understand on a personal level how much yoga can be a game-changer in creating our best possible lives!

Students often tell me that the themes we talk about in yoga inspire them to make changes off the mat. They (you!) say you want to integrate the healthy habits of yoga into your lifestyle. Your old patterns just don’t seem to fit anymore. And you crave more to support your growth outside of the studio. I hear you! I created The Art of Being Happy to make living a healthy, happy lifestyle easier, and even empowering… The mission of The Art of Being Happy is to educate, empower, and build community around yoga and healthy living.
Yoga and healthy living have changed my life… and I know they can change yours, too!
I’d love to support you on your journey.
